Who registers the flooring in SABER?
The Saudi importer. The importer enters the product and its classification in SABER; where a PCoC is required, a SASO-approved conformity assessment body carries out the assessment. We do not register products in SABER. We supply the test reports, data sheet and construction details the importer and certification body ask for.
Which certificate does a vinyl floor need?
That depends on the 12-digit Saudi tariff code and whether a SASO technical regulation covers it. Regulated products require a Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC), followed by a Shipment Certificate for each shipment. Non-regulated products require the importer’s self-declaration and a Shipment Certificate through SABER. Confirm the route before ordering, and complete the shipment certification before the customs declaration is submitted.
How does the rigid core behave in Saudi heat?
For the tested SPC build (4.0 mm, 0.3 mm wear layer), dimensional change after 6 hours at 80 °C was 0.02 % at the highest single value (ISO 23999). That covers the tested build only. Which fire report can you send for a Saudi project?
We hold a Bfl-s1 classification to EN 13501-1 for one SPC build. The Saudi Building Code and the project specification set the requirement; the consultant or authority decides whether a European classification is accepted. Send the class and test method in your specification and we confirm whether a report covers your build.
Is باركيه SPC the same as SPC flooring?
Usually yes, but in Saudi listings باركيه covers several wood-look floors, and أرضيات فينيل can mean rigid SPC, click LVT or glue-down vinyl. Quote by construction: core type, total thickness, wear layer and click system.
Do you quote delivered to Saudi ports?
We quote FOB Shanghai. Your forwarder books the sea freight, for example to Jeddah Islamic Port or King Abdulaziz Port, Dammam, and confirms the port that suits your warehouse. Normal production is 35–40 days after order confirmation; transit comes on top.

SABER is Saudi Arabia’s platform for product registration, conformity documentation and shipment certificates. For flooring shipped from China, plan three levels: test evidence for the product, the importer’s SABER certificates, and the requirements of the building or project.

Reports and certificates are issued to the plant that produces the tested build. A matching report supports the importer’s SABER file and the project submittal; it does not by itself mean compliance with Saudi rules. Scope check: SPC and LVT certifications.
Four flooring options
for Saudi distributors and fit-out projects.
These options use floating click installation, with no adhesive curing time. Confirm the subfloor, acclimatisation and installation requirements for the selected SKU. Thickness, wear layer and use class are set per SKU on the product page and the technical data sheet.
Rigid core
Rigid stone-polymer core with printed décor film and wear layer. Sold in Saudi Arabia as باركيه SPC; used in apartments, villas, offices and retail.
Stone look
Rigid SPC core in tile formats with marble, stone or terrazzo décors, for lobbies, majlis rooms, showrooms and retail, subject to the fire requirement and project specification.
Flexible
Flexible vinyl construction, softer underfoot than rigid SPC. For housing and hospitality where comfort underfoot matters.
SPC core with vinyl layers above and below, for projects that want a rigid plank with a vinyl backing layer.
Site check for click floors: a floating floor needs a flat, dry and sound base. On new screed, check flatness and residual moisture against the installation guide for the article before laying.
Patterns, surface, wall panels and OEM
Each option is confirmed per construction in the quotation.

For interior walls (ألواح جدران SPC), subject to the selected panel, substrate and installation method. Name floor and wall in one enquiry; the loading plan shows what fits in one container. Flooring fire reports do not establish the fire classification of wall panels.

Own brand, carton and label from 2,200 m² per custom design or colour. Send the Arabic text and marking your importer needs; we confirm what we can print before production.
