Looking for wood-look planks?
Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)
Linear wood-grain planks, herringbone and chevron, EIR texture and micro-bevel edges live on a separate page — engineered specifically for plank form factor and wood visuals.
Go to LVP range →

Vinyl floor tiles are resilient tiles — LVT and SPC — pressed and cut to square and large-format rectangular formats rather than linear planks. They give a project the look of stone, terrazzo, marble or polished concrete with a fraction of the weight, none of the cold underfoot, and full waterproof performance.

We see tiles specified where the design calls for a monolithic, hard-surface aesthetic — retail floors, offices, hospitality, healthcare and modern residential wet areas — and where the format itself matters: large squares lay out differently from planks, with grid alignment, grout-line emulation and feature borders that a linear plank cannot reproduce. If your project is wood-look and linear instead, our Luxury Vinyl Plank range is engineered for that form factor.

Trending tile looks for 2026

The demand we are seeing from importers is concentrated in hard-surface, aggregate and textile visuals — not wood. These are the five tile families we tool for most often:

Stone-effect vinyl floor tile in a bathroom — slate and travertine look
Stone & Slate
Travertine, slate and limestone visuals for commercial and minimalist interiors — the format that displaced ceramic in high-traffic retail.
Stone-look LVT →
Marble-look large-format vinyl floor tile in a premium interior
Marble
Carrara, Calacatta and grey marble in large-format squares for hotels, lobbies and premium residential renovation.
View marble looks →
Terrazzo-pattern vinyl floor tile — aggregate commercial look
Terrazzo
Aggregate terrazzo patterns for modern apartments, retail and cafés — a defining 2026 commercial look.
Terrazzo pattern →
Concrete and micro-cement effect vinyl floor tile in a kitchen
Concrete & Micro-cement
Polished concrete and micro-cement surfaces for industrial-minimal offices and showrooms, without the substrate weight.
Concrete looks →
Woven and carpet-texture vinyl floor tile for office acoustic flooring
Woven & Carpet Texture
Textile and woven-carpet visuals in tile format — specified in offices for an acoustic, soft-look surface that still cleans like vinyl.

Tile construction — three systems

The same tile look is available in three constructions. We match the construction to the project’s subfloor, traffic and installation method — not to a single house standard.

① Dryback — glue-down
Commercial-grade tile
  • Hospitals, malls, schools, retail
  • Extremely stable; bonded with LVT/VCT adhesive
  • Thickness 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0mm
Dryback range →
② SPC Click — rigid core
Floating rigid-core tile
  • Stone-based rigid core; best for wet areas
  • Bathrooms, kitchens, renovation
  • Thickness 4–7mm
SPC range →
③ Loose Lay — no adhesive
Removable tile
  • No glue, no click — fast install
  • Removable & reusable; raised-access floors
  • Thickness 5mm
Loose-lay range →

Technical parameter matrix

We characterise every tile against the European and ASTM resilient-flooring standards procurement teams audit against. These are the metrics that decide whether a tile holds flat and bonded on a commercial job — not marketing adjectives.

Formats & sizes — square & large-format

Tile format is the differentiator. We tool square and large-format rectangular tiles that lay out on a grid — the geometry plank product cannot reproduce. Common formats below; we also cut custom sizes for OEM programmes.

Why format matters for de-cannibalised specification

If your project is linear and wood-look, the right product is a plank, not a tile — see our Luxury Vinyl Plank range. Keeping tile and plank enquiries on the right page means you get the correct size grid, layout pattern and edge detail the first time.

Vinyl floor tiles — technical FAQ

How do we verify the dimensional stability of our vinyl tiles for commercial spaces?
Every batch is tested under EN ISO 23999. We expose the material to a sustained elevated-temperature thermal stress cycle and require the dimensional variance to register at or below 0.10%, with curling held to the specified limit, so the tile stays flat on high-traffic job sites. The ≤0.10% figure is the same value stated on our third-party test reports and CE Declarations of Performance.
What mechanical metric prevents heavy-traffic tile floors from permanent indentation?
Residual indentation, tested under EN ISO 24343-1. The dense SPC core recovers rapidly under sustained point loads, which prevents permanent tracking and localised compression from stagnant heavy furniture or wheeled traffic. Request the current TDS for the batch-specific indentation value.
Are vinyl floor tiles waterproof?
Yes. LVT, SPC and loose-lay vinyl tiles have a mineral-PVC body with 0% water absorption — neither the core nor the wear layer absorbs moisture, which makes them suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, basements and other wet areas.
What is the difference between vinyl floor tiles and vinyl planks?
Form factor and visual. Tiles are square or large-format rectangles in stone, marble, terrazzo, concrete and woven looks — the format that replaces ceramic. Planks are linear boards in wood-grain visuals with herringbone, chevron and EIR texture. Both share the same core technology; the right one depends on your design. For linear wood-look product, see our Luxury Vinyl Plank range.
Do you offer OEM / ODM tile programmes?
Yes — we specialise in OEM/ODM for wholesalers and distributors: private-label manufacturing, custom design (colour, pattern, embossing, finish), custom tile sizes, custom packaging, and sample books, A4 samples and display racks. The CE DoP can be issued in the importer’s name.
What sizes and formats do you produce?
Square and large-format rectangular tiles — common formats include 12″×24″, 18″×18″, 24″×24″ and 36″×36″, plus metric 600×600 and 800×800 mm. We also tool custom sizes for OEM programmes. Confirm stocked versus made-to-order formats against the current catalogue.
