Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) is a multi-layer resilient floor cut to linear plank format and printed with realistic wood grain. It delivers the look and underfoot warmth of hardwood with full waterproof performance, dimensional stability and easy maintenance — supplied factory-direct.
We see planks specified wherever the design calls for a wood aesthetic with directional, linear layout — residential interiors, hospitality, offices and retail. The plank format carries layout patterns a tile cannot: straight runs, herringbone and chevron, with bevelled edges that read as individual boards. Wood visual families
Every plank look we tool is wood-led. The EIR (embossed-in-register) process aligns the surface emboss to the printed grain so the texture reads as real timber, not a flat photographic print.

Plank formats & sizes — linear boards
Plank format is the differentiator. We tool long, linear boards that run directionally and lay out in straight, herringbone and chevron patterns — the geometry a square tile cannot reproduce. Common formats below; custom sizes for OEM.
