Click lock LVT is luxury vinyl with a flexible core and a locking joint milled into the board edges, laid as a floating floor without an adhesive bed. We make it at 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0 mm, with a fibreglass layer inside the core and no attached underlay, in three plank sizes, a herringbone and a 305 × 610 mm tile.

Container ranges cover the five formats at up to 25,000 kg cargo gross weight, from the Ecoflors TDS, version 2026.09.23-R01. Inland road limits are often lower, so the quantity is recalculated for your route before it is quoted.

What Is Click LVT?
Short answerClick LVT is luxury vinyl flooring with a flexible vinyl core and a mechanical click joint, so boards lock to each other and the floor floats over the subfloor. It is not SPC: SPC also clicks, but its core is rigid and mineral-filled.
The same wood or stone decor often turns up in four different constructions on one price list. What separates them is the core and what holds the floor down, so check both before comparing prices.

Ordering Terms for the Click Range
These terms apply to every click LVT build. Anything not listed is confirmed in the quotation.
Ordering Information

- 800 m² per design or colour. Colours can share a container as long as each one meets its own minimum.

- Generally 35–40 days, reconfirmed when the order is placed
- Quotation basis
- FOB Shanghai is the default quotation basis. Other ports can be coordinated when required.

Any build on the range map can ship under your brand, with cartons and labels printed to your artwork. Artwork, approvals and the first-order sequence are covered by the OEM and private-label programme.

Can one container carry several click LVT thicknesses?
Yes. Every thickness, wear layer, size and colour combination is a separate SKU with its own 800 m² minimum, and SKUs can share a container. Because all click formats hit the weight limit first, the load is worked out from your actual split.
Can we order a wear layer heavier than 0.50 mm?
Not from the current click datasheets. If your range needs one, name it in the enquiry; a new build needs its own datasheet before it belongs on your price list.
Is the locking system licensed for the market we sell into?
The profile is produced under licence, and licences are granted by territory. Give us the destination at the start so the system named on your SKU is settled against that market before the order is placed.
Will the reports we receive cover the exact SKU we order?
Reports are matched to the ordered SKU, construction and market. If the closest report covers a different build, the quotation says so, which leaves the decision with you before production rather than at customs.
Can you develop a decor to match a range we already sell?
Yes, from a target visual or a board of your current floor. Custom decors start at 2,200 m² per decor, and a physical sample is approved before production.
What goes to our installers with the stock?
The installation instruction for the locking system on your SKU: substrate flatness tolerance, perimeter gap and whether a separate underlay is allowed.
