Click Lock LVT
Flooring Manufacturer
& Wholesale Supplier
20,000 m²/day output from our ISO 9001-certified facility in Changzhou. Furthermore, every order ships with full CE, FloorScore, and CARB 2 documentation — factory-direct, FOB Ningbo or Shanghai. MOQ: 800 sqm per SKU.
Click Lock LVT — Full Thickness Range
We produce all four Click LVT thicknesses in-house at our 66,000 m² Changzhou facility. Consequently, every specification shares identical locking systems, the same five-parameter quality gate, and FOB pricing from a single factory. Furthermore, all products carry CE, FloorScore, and CARB 2 certification as standard.
Technical Matrix
Every parameter below is verified against international standards before shipment. Furthermore, each result is backed by a third-party certificate — not self-declared. Consequently, procurement teams across the US, EU, and Australia can use these figures directly in project specifications without additional testing.
Four Texture Families. One Click System.
All four texture series are available across every Click LVT thickness — 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, and 6mm. Our EIR process registers the print film to the embossing die within ±0.1mm, so the grain you see aligns precisely with the surface you feel. Each collection is independently certified to FloorScore and GREENGUARD Gold, making specification straightforward for procurement teams across the US and EU.
The EIR (Embossed-in-Register) process aligns every raised wood pore to its printed counterpart within ±0.1mm across the full plank. Consequently, the result is a tactile and visual authenticity that distinguishes specification-grade product from commodity LVT. For US and European residential renovation projects, this detail is the single most cited reason for specifier confidence.
All wood-series planks feature a Painting Bevel edge — a 0.4–0.6mm shadow line applied after embossing, not before. Furthermore, the dimensional stability of ≤0.10% (EN ISO 23999) ensures joints remain tight across residential HVAC temperature cycles, preventing the seasonal gapping that affects cheaper flexible LVT products.
Stone-look Click LVT tiles carry R10 slip resistance certification under DIN 51130 — a mandatory requirement for commercial wet zones, healthcare corridors, and public-access areas across the EU. In addition, chemical resistance to strong disinfectants (ISO 26987) makes this series the standard specification for co-working, office, and food-service environments.
The micro-cement finish captures the industrial-modern look currently dominant in European and US commercial fit-outs. Unlike real cement screed, however, this LVT format is fully waterproof, weighs a fraction of the alternative, and installs without cure time — consequently reducing project downtime by up to 48 hours on commercial renovation schedules.
Traditional poured terrazzo requires grinding, curing, and sealing — a process taking up to 14 days on a commercial project. By contrast, terrazzo-pattern Click LVT installs as a floating floor with no adhesive and no cure time. Moreover, individual tiles can be replaced without disturbing adjacent ones, eliminating the full-section removal cost that poured terrazzo demands when damaged.
The 100% waterproof SPC-based core makes this series fully suitable for kitchen and bathroom applications — spaces where traditional poured terrazzo cannot be used safely without specialist sealing. All colourways in the 2026 range are GREENGUARD Gold certified and formaldehyde-free, meeting the indoor air quality requirements of EU residential and Scandinavian building standards.
Traditional carpet in commercial offices requires professional deep-cleaning every 6–12 months and full replacement typically within 5–7 years under standard foot traffic. Carpet-texture LVT, by contrast, wipes clean with a damp mop and carries a 25,000-cycle castor chair rating under ISO 4918 — the equivalent of 10+ years of open-plan office use. Consequently, lifetime maintenance costs are significantly lower than textile alternatives.
Unlike fibre-based carpet, this LVT surface traps no dust mites, pet dander, or mould spores — a critical requirement for EU commercial buildings targeting BREEAM or WELL certification. In addition, the formaldehyde-free core (EN 717-1) and GREENGUARD Gold certification ensure indoor air quality compliance for schools, healthcare facilities, and any environment where occupant health is a procurement priority.
Built for Five Demanding Markets.
Click Lock LVT is not a one-size-fits-all product. Each vertical market below has distinct durability, acoustic, chemical, and air quality requirements. Consequently, we specify the correct thickness, wear layer, and certification combination for each application — backed by third-party test data, not marketing claims. Furthermore, every specification below references the ISO or EN standard your procurement team can verify independently.
