Automated extrusion lines compound and press the SPC core to strict thickness tolerances. EIR Surface & Wear Layer Lamination

High-resolution Embossed-in-Register (EIR) décor films are heat-bonded to the core with 0.3mm to 0.7mm wear layers. The EIR process synchronises the printed wood or stone pattern with physical surface texture. The wear layer is selected against the project’s traffic requirement.
