We source high-density natural limestone and 100% virgin PVC resin — zero recycled content. Our proprietary 3:1 calcium-to-plastic formulation produces a core density of 2,100 kg/m³, providing the rigid foundation required for large-span commercial installations and multi-family housing in US, UK and Australian markets.

Precision Extrusion & Core Forming

Automated extrusion lines compound and press the SPC core to strict thickness tolerances. Core shrinkage is monitored in real time and held below ≤ 0.05% — critical for preventing buckling in the US Southwest, Australian summers, and UK underfloor-heated homes.

EIR Surface & Wear Layer Lamination

High-resolution Embossed-in-Register (EIR) décor films are heat-bonded to the core with a 0.3 mm to 0.7 mm wear layer. The EIR process synchronises the printed wood or stone pattern with physical surface texture — delivering AC4 / AC5 abrasion ratings for commercial specification.

German Homag Slotting — Click-Lock Precision

Planks are profiled on German-engineered Homag slotting lines, achieving a click-lock tolerance of ± 0.1 mm and click strength of ≥ 1,200 N (ISO 24334). This eliminates micro-gaps that cause joint failure and waterproofing issues in finished floors.

Quality Surveillance & Pre-Shipment Verification

Every batch undergoes a 48-hour annealing cycle followed by UV ageing, cross-hatch scratch, peel resistance (≥ 50 N/50mm) and dimensional stability tests. Full documentation — FloorScore®, UL, A+, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CE, SGS, ASTM, GB and INTERTEK — is supplied with every shipment.

Ecoflors manufactures four core vinyl flooring systems — rigid-core SPC click, glue-down LVT, loose-lay LVT, and flexible-core click LVT — each engineered for specific subfloor conditions, traffic levels and installation methods. All products are available in custom thickness, wear layer and surface finish for OEM and private-label orders, with MOQ from 800 sqm per colour and lead times of 15–25 days from our Changzhou facility.
