Micro Cement Look
SPC Vinyl Flooring
Micro cement look décors printed on a rigid SPC core with click installation. Choose from 12 references, then specify the build for your market and project.
Pick décor references below, add them to your sample brief, then define the construction, edge detail and backing for your quotation.
The micro cement look,
with a visible tile joint.
SPC uses a printed décor and a factory-finished surface. It does not create the joint-free finish of an applied micro cement coating, and it should not be sold as one.
- Continuous, joint-free coating
- Applied on site in several coats
- Result depends on applicator
- Printed décor on tiles or planks
- Factory-finished surface
- Click installation, joints visible
Tone and print
Send a reference image or physical sample. Confirm the closest available décor and review repeat across several pieces.
Surface and gloss
Compare the surface under direct and side lighting. Approve texture and gloss together using a physical sample.
Edge and format
Review joined samples before selecting the format. A room image alone cannot confirm the joint detail.

These 12 décor references are a selection, not the full micro cement colour range. View each sample at full size, then add your preferred codes to the enquiry.
Have a colour of your own?
We can discuss OEM colour development for your range. Send a physical colour sample and your target surface finish, quantity and market. We will review the matching possibilities and prepare a sample for approval before production. A screen image can guide the discussion; final colour approval should use a physical sample.
Discuss your custom colour →Confirm décor, surface and available format with physical samples before ordering.
Define the construction around your sample.
The available combination is confirmed for the selected décor and SPC build. Backing thickness is added to core thickness when stating the finished product.
Coral texture
Review the surface relief together with the chosen micro cement décor and gloss. Confirm the physical sample under the intended lighting before production.
Compare the joint
The reference image shows a wood-look floor; approve the edge on the mineral décor with joined samples.
Choose the backing pad
| Material | Pad thickness | Foam expansion ratio |
|---|---|---|
| IXPE | 1 · 1.5 · 2 mm | 7.5× · 10× · 15× |
| EVA | 1 · 1.5 · 2 mm | Not specified |
Foam expansion ratio is not a density in kg/m³ or an acoustic rating. Which expansion ratio is offered at each pad thickness is confirmed per order. Sound performance refers to the complete tested floor assembly.

Match the locking system
The locking system, format and licence scope are confirmed for the offered SKU before sample and packaging approval.

What the quotation should identify.
A décor name is not a complete specification. Match these details to the sample, pricing and documents.
| Item | Confirm for the offered product | What to send us |
|---|---|---|

| Wear layer & format | Wear layer, tile or plank dimensions, and intended traffic. | Project use and preferred format |
| Décor & surface | Approved reference, texture, gloss and edge detail. | Décor codes selected above |

| Commercial details | Quantity per colour, packaging, destination and timing. MOQ from 800 m² per décor; lead time typically 35 to 40 days. | Quantity per décor, destination, timing |
Start with the tender requirements.
Send the specification or document checklist. We check available evidence against the exact product; a report for another construction is not automatically transferable.
Reaction to fire
Match the required classification and the tested substrate, backing and fixing method.
Slip resistance
Confirm the method and dry or wet conditions for the selected surface and use area.
Indoor emissions
Check the market’s evaluation scheme and the product covered by the report or certification.
Acoustic performance
Review the complete tested floor assembly and requested metric for sound-sensitive projects.
Market-entry declarations and marking, other performance evidence, technical data and installation instructions are reviewed separately. Document-scope guide →
Private label starts with an approved sample.
Confirm the product sample before preparing carton artwork, labels and sample boards. The model on the packaging should match the quotation and technical documents.
Send quantity per décor and destination with your packaging brief. Packing weight and volume are calculated for the selected construction.

Choose the product01Will micro cement look SPC create a joint-free floor?
No. SPC is supplied as individual click planks or tiles with a printed décor and a factory-finished surface. Joints and required movement provisions remain visible. Approve several joined pieces to check colour, pattern repeat and edge contrast before ordering.
02Which thickness and wear layer should we specify for a commercial project?
Send the project use, expected traffic, rolling loads and tender specification. Compare SPC board thickness separately from finished thickness with backing. Wear layer alone does not establish suitability for heavy commercial use; the offered SKU and relevant performance evidence need to match the application.
05Can the flooring be specified for wet areas or underfloor heating?
Send the intended area and heating system for review against the selected product and installation instructions. Dry-state slip results do not establish wet-area suitability. A water-resistant board is not a waterproofing system. Heating compatibility, temperature limits, subfloor moisture and movement requirements must be confirmed for the exact build.
07Which click system is available, and what subfloor preparation is required?
Confirm the available locking system and authorised scope for the selected format and construction. Follow the product installation guide for subfloor flatness, moisture, movement gaps and any existing floor covering. Installation over an existing surface requires a suitability check. We do not quote one installation speed or flatness tolerance for every product and jobsite.
Project evidence
Check the documents06Which compliance documents can you provide for our project?
Send the destination country, requested standards and tender checklist. We check the available documents against the offered SKU and installation conditions. Market-entry declarations and marking are reviewed separately from fire, slip, indoor-emissions and acoustic evidence. For floor coverings, a reaction-to-fire classification may be expressed as Bfl-s1 or Cfl-s1 when supported by the matching classification report; no grade is promised here. A certificate name does not establish coverage for every product.
08What IXPE or EVA backing options and acoustic results are available?
IXPE and EVA pad thickness options are 1 mm, 1.5 mm and 2 mm. IXPE foam expansion options are 7.5×, 10× and 15×; confirm the combination for the offered SKU. Expansion ratio is not a density value or a sound rating. Acoustic results apply to a tested assembly, including the substrate and backing. European ΔLw results are expressed in dB; IIC and STC are rating numbers, not dB values, and are not interchangeable with ΔLw.
Samples & ordering
Prepare the enquiry03What is the MOQ, and can we mix décors in one container?
The existing programme generally starts at 800 m² per décor or colour; custom colour or OEM development generally starts at 2,200 m² or above. Confirm applicability to the selected micro cement décor before ordering. Send the quantity per décor for a mixed-container review. Available combinations and loading quantities are confirmed for the order.
04How do we request samples and review colour for repeat orders?
Choose the reference codes above and send your company, destination and proposed application. Samples are free; courier cost is borne by the buyer. Sample format and dispatch timing are confirmed for the request. Approve a physical reference under the intended lighting, and discuss batch matching before repeat orders. Screen images are not a colour standard, and an exact match between batches should not be assumed.
09How do we calculate packing weight and container loading?
Confirm the board thickness, backing, format, quantity per décor and pallet arrangement first. Request the carton count, pieces per carton, net and gross weights, carton and pallet dimensions, and total volume. Container selection depends on both payload and volume, plus the route and inland weight limits. We provide an order-specific packing proposal rather than one loading area for every SPC build.
10What lead time and private-label support should we plan for?
General production planning is typically 35–40 days, subject to the selected specification, production schedule and order arrangement. Transit is separate. For private label, send your carton, label and sample-board brief. Confirm the product sample, artwork, required document responsibility and any additional packaging or accessory request before the final quotation. Accelerated repeat-order timing is not assumed.
Send your décor codes and destination. We confirm the builds we can supply.
