Three Inland Corridors. Indicative Transit Times.
Sea freight from China terminates at an EU port; from there, road or rail forwarding moves the container to a Ukrainian customs entry point. The three corridors below are the routes most commonly used by EU-based forwarders. Selection depends on destination oblast, current border throughput, and the buyer’s preferred freight forwarder.
Polish Corridor
The most-used route for western and central Ukraine. Sea transit to Gdynia approximately 30–35 days; truck forwarding to the Yagodyn-Dorohusk border crossing approximately 2–3 days subject to crossing throughput.
Romanian Corridor
The standard route for southern Ukraine and Odesa-region projects. Sea transit to Constanța approximately 35–40 days. Inland forwarding through Romanian-Ukrainian crossings approximately 2–4 days.
Hungarian Corridor

What payment terms are available?
Standard payment terms are T/T 30% deposit on PO confirmation, 70% balance on bill of lading copy. L/C at sight is accepted for orders above 4,000 m². Alternative terms are negotiable based on confirmed order history and volume. All pricing is held in US dollars; currency exposure between USD and UAH or PLN is the buyer’s responsibility.
Can samples be dispatched to Ukraine or to a forwarding address?
Sample kits dispatch within 5 business days. Direct dispatch to Ukrainian addresses is available via standard international courier; alternatively, kits can be sent to a forwarding address in Poland, Romania, Hungary, or Germany for collection. Yes.
