Is CE documentation enough to sell this flooring in Ukraine?
For flooring covered by an applicable Ukrainian regulatory technical specification, CE documentation alone does not complete the Ukrainian market-access process. Confirm the applicable DSTU EN standard, declaration route and marking with the Ukrainian importer or conformity assessment body before shipment. Our EN 14041 and fire test reports support that work.
Who is responsible for the Ukrainian declaration?
Before shipment, confirm with the Ukrainian importer and the relevant conformity assessment body who is the declaring party, which assessment route applies and who completes any required registration. We supply the test reports and construction details for the build you buy.
Does the temporary EU route cover goods made in China?
Resolution No. 347 lets construction products from EU member states use an EU declaration plus a Ukrainian-language copy, during martial law and 90 days after. It is described for products from EU member states. Do not assume it covers a direct shipment from China; the importer or conformity assessment body confirms.
Which fire class can you document for corridors and public areas?
We hold a Bfl-s1 classification to EN 13501-1 for an SPC build with 4.0 mm total thickness and 0.3 mm wear layer. Send the class your project specification requires and the build you want; we confirm whether a report covers it.
Which HS code applies to SPC, LVT and ABA flooring?
HS 3918.10 is the usual heading for floor and wall coverings of PVC, which covers SPC, LVT and ABA. The full Ukrainian (UKTZED) code, import duty and VAT are confirmed by your customs broker before shipment.
Do you quote delivered to Ukraine?
We quote FOB Shanghai. Your forwarder books the route to Ukraine and confirms transit time. Normal production is 35–40 days after order confirmation; transit comes on top of that.

Ukraine’s law on construction products follows the EU Construction Products Regulation (EU) No 305/2011, but the declaration and marking are Ukrainian. For flooring shipped from China, plan three levels: test evidence for the product, the Ukrainian declaration and marking, and the requirements of the building or project.

Reports and certificates are issued to the plant that produces the tested build. A matching report supports a declaration; it does not by itself mean full compliance with Ukrainian rules. Scope check: SPC and LVT certifications.
Four floor constructions
for project evaluation.
Housing is among the most damaged sectors in the RDNA5 assessment (World Bank, Government of Ukraine, European Commission and United Nations, February 2026). All four products below are floating click floors, so units can be handed over without adhesive curing time. Thickness, wear layer and use class are set per SKU on the product page and the technical data sheet.
Rigid stone-polymer core with printed décor film and wear layer. Used in apartments, housing blocks, offices and retail.
Rigid SPC core in tile formats with stone, marble or terrazzo décors, for lobbies, commercial interiors and public buildings, subject to the required fire class and project specification.
Flexible vinyl construction, softer underfoot than rigid SPC. For housing and hospitality where comfort underfoot matters.
SPC core with vinyl layers above and below, for projects that want a rigid plank with a vinyl backing layer.
Site check for click floors: a floating floor needs a flat, dry and sound base. On repaired or new screed, check flatness and residual moisture against the installation guide for the article. A rigid core hides small irregularities; it does not correct structural damage or a wet subfloor.

До відвантаження узгодьте з імпортером та органом з оцінки відповідності, хто є декларантом, яку процедуру застосовують і хто виконує потрібну реєстрацію, а також нанесення знака відповідності технічним регламентам. Ми надаємо протоколи випробувань (EN 14041, EN 13501-1) для конкретної конструкції.
