Standard samples are free.
New buyers pay the courier cost.

If you have not placed a formal order with Ecoflors, you must pay sample shipping / courier costs. These costs will be refunded in a subsequent formal order.

We normally use FedEx, UPS or DHL according to the shipment. You may use your own courier account or arrange transport yourself.

Existing customers: new-sample preparation and courier costs are free for sample shipments up to 10 kg, after verification of a previous formal order.

    Include the postal code wherever your destination uses one. Use a complete physical delivery address suitable for a courier.

    05 Courier & policy review

    For buyers without a previous formal order, standard samples are free and sample courier costs are paid by the buyer. Sample courier costs will be refunded in a subsequent formal order. For existing customers with a previous formal order, new-sample preparation and courier costs are free for sample shipments up to 10 kg. Heavier requests require a separate review. The team will verify customer status and shipping arrangements before dispatch.
