On origin & tariffs: preferential treatment under the Indonesia–Australia agreement (IA-CEPA) depends on the goods meeting the agreement’s rules of origin. Indonesia’s national standard is SNI. SNI is generally voluntary unless a product is designated mandatory for safety, health or environmental reasons — resilient vinyl flooring typically falls under voluntary conformity. Note that a foreign manufacturer cannot hold an SNI certificate directly: your Indonesian importer or distributor is the legal certificate holder. We provide the ISO 9001, CE / EN 14041 (DoP), reaction-to-fire (Bfl-s1) and FloorScore / GREENGUARD Gold test reports your representative needs to register or certify locally.
