Every kit is assembled specifically for your product request — not a generic pack. For example, a kit for 3mm Dryback Class 43 includes the 0.7mm wear layer plank, the TDS confirming the classification and Bfl-s1 rating, the FloorScore certificate, and the CE DoP — everything your procurement file needs.

Sample kits are available to flooring distributors, wholesalers, contractors, architects, property developers, and facilities procurement managers. In-stock samples are provided free of charge to verified B2B buyers; courier cost is the buyer’s responsibility. A custom sample outside our current stock range is quoted for its production cost before we proceed. Existing customers placing repeat orders can request samples of new products or colours at any time.

Once you receive the sample, you have everything needed to confirm a container order: the physical sample for client approval, the TDS for procurement specification, and the certifications for tender documentation. Consequently, most buyers move from sample receipt to purchase order within 5–15 working days. MOQ is 800 m² per SKU for existing designs and colours; a custom colour or design starts from 2,200 m². Standard production lead time is generally 35–40 days from PO confirmation — reconfirm before the order is placed, as quantity, season and scheduling can affect it.
