Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) Manufacturer & Wholesale Supplier

We make vinyl floor tiles in five constructions: SPC rigid core click, flexible core click, dryback for glue-down, loose lay and ABA / RSVT. That gives 76 standard tile SKUs in seven sizes, from 304.8 × 609.6 to 914.4 × 914.4 mm. Each SKU has its own TDS with the indicative use class, carton and container loading, so you can compare quotations line by line.

Step 1 · Construction

Choose the construction before the tile size

The same stone or concrete décor can be printed on all five constructions, and the price lists often look alike. What differs is the core, how the tile is held down and which sizes we make. Settle those first; the size and wear layer follow from them.

IXPE is a 1.0 mm pad at 7.5× expansion, attached to every standard SPC and ABA tile SKU; on those two the core and the pad are given as two figures, for example 5 mm + 1 mm IXPE. Use classes are the indicative ISO 10874 class printed on each TDS.
Click · rigid

SPC rigid core tile

Mineral-filled SPC core, 2.0 g/cm³ nominal, with the IXPE pad attached. Floats without adhesive on a Uniclic, i4F or G2 joint, confirmed per order. From 0.55 mm wear layer the TDS gives Class 33.

About the SPC construction →
Click · flexible

Vinyl flexible core tile

Flexible vinyl core with a fibreglass layer and no pad, on a Uniclic or i4F joint. Lighter than SPC: a 20 ft container takes about 2,750 m² of 4.5 mm flexible tile against about 2,440 m² of 4.5 + 1 mm SPC tile.

About click LVT →
Glue-down

Dryback vinyl tile

2.0 to 3.0 mm tiles bonded to the subfloor with a full-spread adhesive, no fibreglass layer. The widest size range, the most floor per container (up to about 6,200 m² per 20 ft at 2.0 mm) and Class 34 on the 0.55 and 0.70 mm builds.

About dryback LVT →
Loose lay

Loose lay vinyl tile

4.0 to 5.0 mm tiles with a fibreglass-reinforced core and an anti-skid backing, held by their own weight rather than adhesive or a click joint. Single tiles can be lifted and replaced.

About loose lay LVT →
Click · hybrid

ABA / RSVT tile

An LVT / SPC / LVT panel with the IXPE pad attached, on a Uniclic, i4F or G2 joint. The A-B-A build is what many markets call hybrid flooring; it is the heaviest of the five, about 1,650 to 2,270 m² per 20 ft.

Step 2 · Tile size

Seven tile sizes, drawn to the same scale

Click tiles (SPC, flexible core and ABA) come in two sizes. Dryback and loose lay come in six. Two of the sizes look the same on paper but are not: 305 × 610 mm is a metric tile, 304.8 × 609.6 mm is exactly 12 × 24 in. Quote the one your market buys, because the two do not mix on one floor.

Step 3 · SKU and TDS

76 standard tile SKUs, each with its own TDS

Open a construction, pick the grade, wear layer and size, and download the TDS for that exact SKU. The code reads left to right: construction, grade and thickness, wear layer, tile size in millimetres. EF-TDB-SEL25-055-620X620 is a dryback tile, Select 2.5 mm, 0.55 mm wear layer, 620 × 620 mm. Class, carton coverage and 20 ft loading below are copied from each TDS.

Wear layer

Which wear layer comes on which tile

The wear layer is part of the thickness, not added to it. A 2.5 mm dryback tile with a 0.55 mm wear layer is 2.5 mm in total. The class shown is the indicative ISO 10874 class on the TDS; a tender that names a class should be checked against the test report for the build you order.

Décors for tiles

Stone, concrete, terrazzo and textile looks

Tile décors sit in the same library as our planks. Every tile SKU comes with stone or carpet texture options and a UV-cured matte finish at 4–6 GU. Shortlist codes in the library and the quotation form carries them over; the pages below go deeper into each look.

Images show the design direction, not the final colour of every build. Approve colour, gloss and texture on a physical sample before bulk production.

Laying pattern and joints

Decide the laying pattern with the size

A tile floor shows its joints more than a plank floor. Settle these three points when you choose the size, not after the first container lands.

01

Grid or offset

Square tiles are usually laid in a grid. Rectangular tiles such as 457.2 × 914.4 mm are often laid with a half or third offset, and the décor print has to suit that offset.

02

Edge and grout look

Click tiles come with a 4-sided micro bevel or a printed V-bevel; dryback and loose lay tiles with a 4-sided micro bevel. A printed V-bevel makes stone and concrete read more like ceramic. Confirm the edge on the sample, with the décor.

03

Repeat across a room

On large formats the print repeat shows over a few metres. Ask for two or three tiles side by side, or a laid board, before approving a design for a range.

Documents and compliance

Documents are matched by SKU, construction and market

Some values are fixed on the TDS of each SKU. Others depend on a test report for one named build, and those are matched to your SKU and market rather than published as range-wide ratings. Certificates we currently hold are on the certifications page.

OEM and private label

Your brand programme, confirmed before production

Any standard tile SKU can ship under your brand, with cartons and labels printed to your artwork. Artwork, approvals and the first-order sequence are covered by the OEM and private-label programme.

Approve the tile before the artwork

Confirm construction, thickness, wear layer, size, décor and edge first. Carton marks, labels, barcode data, sample boards and the installation instruction are then prepared around the approved SKU.

Buyer questions

LVT tile sourcing FAQs

Is 305 × 610 mm the same tile as 12 × 24 in?

No. 304.8 × 609.6 mm is exactly 12 × 24 in and is made in dryback and loose lay. 305 × 610 mm is a metric tile, made in the three click constructions. The difference is small, but the two do not lay together on one floor, so quote the size your market buys.

Which LVT tile gives the most floor per container?

Dryback. A 20 ft container takes roughly 5,900 to 6,200 m² of 2.0 mm dryback tile, against about 1,650 to 2,760 m² for the click and loose lay tiles. Each TDS gives the carton, pallet and 20 ft figures for that SKU, and the load is reconfirmed in the quotation.

Can different tile SKUs share one container?

Yes, as long as each design or colour meets its own 800 m² minimum. Heavier builds reach the weight limit before the container is full, so the load is worked out from your actual split of SKUs.

Which tiles reach Class 33 or 34?

On the TDS, every 0.55 mm click tile and the 0.55 mm loose lay tiles are Class 33. Dryback 2.5 mm with 0.55 mm and all Premium 3.0 mm dryback tiles are Class 34, as is loose lay Premium 5.0 mm with 0.70 mm. These are indicative classes; a tender that names one should be checked against the report for the build you order.

Do the click tiles need a separate underlay?

The SPC and ABA tiles already have a 1.0 mm IXPE pad attached, 7.5× expansion. The flexible core tile has no pad; a separate underlay goes in only where the installation instruction for the locking system allows it.

What subfloor and expansion gap do the click tiles need?

For the SPC and ABA click tiles: within 3 mm under a 2 m straightedge, a plastic moisture barrier sheet on concrete, and a 5–12 mm expansion gap at walls and fixed objects. Dryback tiles follow the adhesive maker’s subfloor and moisture instructions.

Which locking systems are available on the click tiles?

Uniclic, i4F or G2 on the SPC and ABA tiles, and Uniclic or i4F on the flexible core tile. Licences are granted by territory, so give us the destination and the system is confirmed against that market in the quotation.

Can you make 610 × 610 mm or 305 × 305 mm tiles?

They are not standard SKUs. Name the size, construction and wear layer in the enquiry; if the build can be made, it gets its own datasheet before it goes on your price list.
