What this program is: we manufacture SPC click and LVT flooring sold under your brand. You control the brand, the range and the market; we handle décor development, production, certified quality control and export logistics. Orders start at our standard minimum of 800 m² per SKU on a stock décor with your branded carton; a fully custom décor carries a higher minimum set by the décor-film print run, confirmed per project on your quotation. What You Can Customize
Décor & Color
Match a RAL reference, a competitor plank or a physical sample. New décor film development typically runs about 2–4 weeks, including your written approval round.
Construction
Thickness 4–8 mm SPC or 2–5 mm LVT, wear layer 0.3 / 0.5 / 0.7 mm, IXPE or EVA underlay, plank or tile formats within our standard production range.
Surface & Texture
EIR (embossed-in-register), wood grain, stone and terrazzo textures, with matte and gloss-level options to suit your market positioning.
Branded Cartons
Your artwork on every carton — logo, palette, barcode, market-specific compliance text. We supply the dieline; print run is tied to your first order volume.

What can carry your name
Test reports and declarations can reference your brand and SKU names where the certification scheme allows it; the certificate holder remains the manufacturing site. We confirm exactly what each scheme permits before printing — no gray-zone paperwork.

What is the minimum order for OEM SPC flooring?
On a stock décor with your branded carton, the minimum is our standard 800 m² per SKU. A fully custom décor carries a higher minimum set by the décor-film print run, confirmed per project. Mixed containers combining several SKUs are possible, with the per-colour minimum confirmed on your quotation.
Can you match a color from a competitor’s plank or a RAL code?
Yes. Send a physical sample or RAL reference; we proof the décor film and you approve in writing before any plank is pressed. Development typically takes about 2–4 weeks.
How long does sampling take?
Stock-décor samples usually dispatch in about 3–5 days; custom-décor samples take roughly 2–4 weeks including film proofing. Pre-production golden samples follow in about 1–2 weeks. Exact timings are confirmed on your quotation.
What exactly can carry our branding?
Cartons, end labels, pallet wrap, color cards, sample boards, brochures and display racks. The container that arrives at your warehouse shows your brand only.
Do you offer regional exclusivity or sign NDAs?
NDAs: yes, before any décor or pricing detail is shared. Regional exclusivity is available against a committed annual volume — terms in writing, reviewed annually.
Will you ever sell our custom décor to someone else?
No. Décors developed and paid for under your OEM agreement are locked to your account. Stock décors remain open catalog — the agreement spells out which is which.
