Most distributors that source from China face the same problem: the factory sells the same product to five of their competitors under five different names. Ecoflors solves this with a formal SKU exclusivity structure — once a colour is registered to your programme, it is locked to your account in your territory. Consequently, your retail and contractor customers cannot find the same floor elsewhere and undercut your pricing.
Custom carton design: Your logo, brand colours, and installation guide printed on every carton. Art files supplied by you or designed by our team.
Certification reissuance: CE DoP, FloorScore SCS-FS-05154, and GREENGUARD Gold certificates reissued with your company name as the certificate holder — required for EU tender compliance.
Colour exclusivity: SKU locked to your programme. Ecoflors does not supply that design to any other buyer in your defined territory. Written exclusivity agreement provided.
Custom embossing rolls: Exclusive surface texture development available from 3 containers minimum. Your embossing roll is not shared with any other brand.

⚠ Why technical documents in your brand name matter
Dutch Bouwbesluit and German public tenders require the CE Declaration of Performance to name the certificate holder — not the factory. If your CE DoP names Ecoflors, the document is not valid for your EU tender submission. Ecoflors reissues all documents with your company as the named party, making you fully compliant for NL, DE, and UK public procurement.

How to Start Your Distributor Programme.
The standard distributor onboarding takes 30–45 days from first inquiry to first FOB shipment. Specifically, the critical path is sample approval — once you confirm the colour and specification, production and documentation follow on a fixed schedule. Here is what to expect at each stage.

Submit your inquiry with target market, product range, and annual volume. We countersign an NDA and assign a dedicated export manager to your account within 24 hours.

FOB Quotation + Catalogue
Full FOB price list for your selected range — SPC click, Dryback, or Loose Lay — with container loading plans and preliminary compliance checklist for your market.

Sample Dispatch
Physical sample kit dispatched within 5 business days. Sample box includes colour card, full-size plank samples (4 per SKU), and preliminary technical data sheet for each product.
Day 5–7
04
Sample Approval + OEM Design
You confirm colour selections and submit your carton artwork. Our team checks artwork files and confirms print-ready status. SKU exclusivity agreement signed at this stage.
Day 10–20
05
Production + Documentation
Production runs 15–25 days. All CE DoP, Bfl-s1, FloorScore, and AgBB documents prepared in your company name in parallel. Pre-shipment inspection available on request.

FOB Shipment + Full Doc Pack
FOB Ningbo or Shanghai. Full document pack emailed the day of loading: CE DoP, BL, packing list, COA, and all market-specific certificates in your brand name.

Bouwbesluit requires Bfl-s1 classification. Woningcorporaties tenders require CE DoP naming your company. EN 685 Class 42 minimum for commercial common areas. VOC: no AgBB requirement, but GREENGUARD Gold satisfies housing association specs.

20ft container is the recommended loading unit for Dryback LVT (up to 6,200 m² at 2mm) and SPC click. 40ft containers reduce per-m² freight cost but increase the risk of exceeding port weight limits for heavier SPC specifications (7mm+, approx. 11 kg/m²). Consequently, 20ft is the standard for SPC 7mm and above.
