New buyers pay the courier cost.

New buyers

If you have not placed a formal order with Ecoflors, you must pay sample shipping / courier costs. These costs will be refunded in a subsequent formal order.

We normally use FedEx, UPS or DHL according to the shipment. You may use your own courier account or arrange transport yourself.

Existing customers

New-sample preparation and courier costs are free for sample shipments up to 10 kg, after verification of a previous formal order.

    01 What do you need?

    Tick both to get samples and a price in one request. We only ask for a delivery address when you request samples.

    Select the formats you need, then add one line per specification: construction, grade, size and surface finish.

    Planks, LVT tiles, herringbone and SPC wall panels list the standard specifications. For another size, thickness, pad or locking system, describe it under Notes. Non-standard requests are reviewed for feasibility.

    FOB Shanghai is the default quotation basis. Final product combinations, minimum quantities and commercial terms are reviewed for the order.

    Before you send: who pays the sample courier?

    No previous formal order: you pay the sample courier cost. Standard samples are free. Courier costs will be refunded in a subsequent formal order.

    Existing formal-order customers receive free new-sample preparation and courier for shipments up to 10 kg after customer-status verification.

    We use your details to answer this request and, for samples, to arrange the shipment. Read our Privacy Policy. Reference files can be exchanged by email after first contact.
