New buyers

If you have not placed a formal order with Ecoflors, you must pay sample shipping / courier costs. These costs will be refunded in a subsequent formal order.

We normally use FedEx, UPS or DHL according to the shipment. You may use your own courier account or arrange transport yourself.

Existing customers

New-sample preparation and courier costs are free for sample shipments up to 10 kg, after verification of a previous formal order.

  1. Pick décorsChoose up to 12 décors in the décor library. They appear in your sample list below.
  2. Add specification linesOne line per product, grade, wear layer and size. Click the décors that belong to each line.
  3. Confirm the courier policyTick the courier-policy box and send. We review the selected build before preparing samples.

    For trade buyers. Fields marked * are required. You can select several product types and leave specifications undecided.

    01 Choose products & specifications

    Select the formats you need, then add one line per specification you want samples of: construction, grade, size and décors. Undecided options are welcome.

    Luxury vinyl planks and SPC wall panels list the standard specifications. For Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) and herringbone, choose the construction and describe thickness, wear layer and size in the line. For anything else, describe it under “Application, sample quantity and other requirements”. We review the selected build before preparing samples.

    Copies the contact name and company name. Please complete the delivery address below.

    Include the postal code wherever your destination uses one. Use a complete physical delivery address suitable for a courier.

    05 Courier & policy review

    For buyers without a previous formal order, standard samples are free and sample courier costs are paid by the buyer. Sample courier costs will be refunded in a subsequent formal order. For existing customers with a previous formal order, new-sample preparation and courier costs are free for sample shipments up to 10 kg. Heavier requests require a separate review. The team will verify customer status and shipping arrangements before dispatch.

    No previous formal order: you pay the sample courier cost. Standard samples are free. Courier costs will be refunded in a subsequent formal order.

    Existing formal-order customers receive free new-sample preparation and courier for shipments up to 10 kg after customer-status verification.
