Application, sample quantity, document requirements and other details

Before you send: who pays the sample courier?

No previous formal order: you pay the sample courier cost. Standard samples are free. Courier costs will be refunded in a subsequent formal order.

Existing formal-order customers receive free new-sample preparation and courier for shipments up to 10 kg after customer-status verification.

I understand that if I have not placed a formal order with Ecoflors, I must pay the sample courier cost. The existing-customer exemption applies only after my previous formal order and the 10 kg shipment limit are verified.
