How should SPC thickness be compared?
A no-pad product and an attached-pad product should not be compared only by the final number.
Is 3.2mm SPC flooring available?

What is the HS code for SPC flooring?
The importer or customs broker confirms the final national tariff code, duty, tax and entry requirements. Read HS code guide.
Can I order 200 m²?
Custom colour or OEM development starts from 2,200 m² or above. For evaluation, request samples first; courier cost is normally paid by the buyer.

Core thickness and finished thickness are not the same
In the documented 1 mm IXPE builds, finished thickness includes the SPC board and its attached pad. The board includes the decorative and wear layers; these are not added again to the stated board thickness. A 5 mm SPC board plus 1 mm IXPE is a 6 mm finished product. A 5 mm product without an attached pad is a different construction.

Construction options before quotation
Before comparing price, confirm the visible edge, attached backing and locking system. These options affect the finished look, installation feel, packing, acoustic expectation and quotation basis.
Beveling options
No bevel
Clean, flat visual with minimal joint emphasis. Suitable when the buyer wants a simple modern surface and a tighter plank-to-plank appearance.
Micro bevel
Subtle plank definition without a heavy joint line. A common option for wood-look SPC ranges and distributor collections.
Printed bevel
A stronger visual edge effect for buyers who want more visible plank separation or a rustic decorative look.
Beveling should be confirmed together with décor, surface texture and format. The visual effect can change between wood, stone, herringbone and tile formats, so sample approval is recommended before bulk production.
Attached backing pad options
IXPE acoustic pad
Thickness options: 1.0mm, 1.5mm and 2.0mm. Density options: 7.5x, 10x and 15x. Used when the buyer wants an attached underlay and a firmer acoustic backing option.
EVA pad
Thickness options: 1.0mm, 1.5mm and 2.0mm. A softer backing option for selected programmes; final feel, cost and availability are confirmed by build.
Attached backing changes the finished total thickness. Acoustic performance should not be claimed from the pad alone. IIC, ΔLw or other impact-sound values depend on a tested floor/ceiling assembly.
Locking system options
Locking system is confirmed by construction, format and target market. Available locking-system options can include licensed systems such as UNILIN / Uniclic, Unidrop and Unipush where applicable.
Final logo use, packaging marks and technical claims must follow the authorised locking-system scope.

Choose wear layer by channel and project use
The thickness combinations below follow the documented 1 mm IXPE reference builds. Wear layer thickness alone does not establish a use class; confirm the exact SKU, format and test scope before making a project claim.

Surface texture construction options
Choose the surface texture together with décor, gloss level, wear layer, beveling and target channel. Texture names describe available construction directions; final availability is confirmed by selected build and sample approval.
EIR: Embossed in Register
Print and embossing are aligned for a more realistic wood-look plank. Suitable for higher-positioned oak and natural wood ranges.
Crystal texture
Clean crystal-style surface for modern wood and neutral commercial ranges. Confirm gloss and tactile feel by sample.
Crystal deep texture
Deeper crystal surface direction when the buyer wants a stronger tactile effect than a standard crystal finish.
Natural wood texture
Natural wood grain direction for mainstream oak, walnut and neutral wood-look collections.
Basic pattern embossed light
Lighter embossed texture for buyers who need a simpler surface feel and easy-to-match distributor range.
Basic pattern embossed deep
Deeper embossed texture for stronger touch and more visible surface definition. Sample approval is recommended.
Coral texture
A decorative surface route for selected designs where buyers want a more distinctive tactile pattern.
Captal texture
Special texture option for range differentiation. Confirm décor match, coating, gloss and sample before quotation.
Leather texture
Leather-inspired texture for selected commercial or design-led programmes. Final use depends on décor and buyer channel.

Gloss level options
The documented 5 mm SPC Click reference build specifies a UV-cured matte finish at 4–6 GU. For another gloss target or coating, send the selected SKU, texture and décor for sample and specification review. Antibacterial, fire, stain, cigarette-burn and other performance claims require evidence for the exact finished construction; they are not implied by a gloss value.
Documents are matched by SKU, construction and market
Ecoflors does not present one report as covering every SPC product. Before quotation or order confirmation, available documents are checked against the selected SKU, construction, backing, beveling, surface, test scope, report holder and destination market.

Your brand programme, confirmed before production
Private label work starts after the product construction is defined. Packaging, carton marks, labels, sample boards and installation guides should match the approved SKU, market and document responsibility.
Approve the construction before artwork
Confirm the finished thickness, SPC board, wear layer, décor, surface, locking system and attached backing before carton or label artwork begins. A change to one layer can alter the product description, packing information and document scope.
