How do I get a FOB price?

What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ is 800 sqm per SKU across all product lines — SPC, Click LVT, Dryback, and Loose Lay. For OEM private label orders, the same MOQ applies. Sample kits are available below MOQ for verified buyers.
Can you match colours across SPC and Dryback LVT for a multi-zone project?
Yes. Universal Colour Matching ensures that the same colour code across multiple platforms in one purchase order is produced from the same décor film print run — critical for multi-zone hotel and commercial projects.
Do you support CIF or DDP to the EU, UK, Canada, or the US?
Standard term is FOB Ningbo or Shanghai. CIF to major ports — Rotterdam, Hamburg, Felixstowe, Vancouver, LA — is available through our freight partners. DDP is available for repeat buyers. Freight is quoted separately from FOB price.
What certifications are included with every shipment?
CE Declaration of Performance (EN 14041), FloorScore SCS-FS-05154, GREENGUARD Gold, CARB 2, and SGS pre-shipment inspection report. Canadian orders include CBSA origin documentation. All certificates can be issued in your brand name for OEM orders.
How long does a sample kit take to arrive?
Sample kits are dispatched within 5 business days worldwide via DHL or FedEx — representative planks of your selected product, colour, and wear layer. OEM colour-match prototypes: 10–15 business days. No charge for first kits to verified buyers.
