7.0mm Rigid Core SPC Click Flooring
WE engineer the ultimate stability for high-traffic commercial environments. Our specialized 6.0mm High-Density Core + 1mm IXPE ensures structural integrity where standard floors fail.
The Anatomy of 7.0mm Stability
At ECOFLORS, our engineers developed the 7mm series to bridge the gap between heavy-duty industrial performance and acoustic luxury. By increasing the core thickness to a solid 6mm, we provide a superior locking foundation that eliminates common failures found in thinner alternatives.

01
0.55mm (22mil) Commercial Wear Layer
Treated with a double UV-ceramic bead coating, this layer reaches Group T abrasion resistance. It ensures a 15+ year lifespan in high-traffic retail, hospitality, and healthcare environments.

02
6.0mm High-Density Rigid SPC Core
The structural engine of the plank. The 6mm stone-polymer core achieves a dimensional stability rate of ≤ 0.10%, allowing for seamless installations up to 400m² without transition strips.

03
1.0mm Anti-Microbial IXPE Underlayment
Pre-attached for efficient labor. This high-density IXPE pad provides a ΔLw 18-20dB impact sound reduction while compensating for minor subfloor imperfections.

Frequently Asked Questions
Technical insights for architects, contractors, and wholesale partners regarding our 7mm Rigid Core flooring series.
Why choose 7mm (6+1) over standard 4mm or 5mm SPC?
The primary advantage is structural integrity. Our 6mm core offers a significantly stronger locking strength (Uniclic® system), reducing the risk of joint separation in large-scale commercial projects. The added 1mm IXPE underlayment ensures superior acoustic performance (ΔLw 18-20dB), making it ideal for multi-story hospitality and office environments.
What is the maximum installation area without transition strips?
Thanks to the high-density 6mm rigid core with a dimensional stability of ≤ 0.10%, we recommend continuous installations up to 400m² (4,300 sq.ft.) without the need for T-moldings or transition strips, provided the subfloor is properly leveled.
Is the 7mm series compatible with underfloor heating systems?
Yes. ECOFLORS 7mm SPC is engineered for thermal stability. It can withstand temperatures up to 80°C without curling or warping (Curling ≤ 2mm). We recommend a maximum subfloor surface temperature of 28°C (82°F) for optimal long-term performance.
What are the MOQ and OEM lead times for international orders?
For standard stock colors, the MOQ is 500m². For custom OEM orders (private labeling, custom wear layers, or unique dimensions), the MOQ is typically one 20ft container (approx. 2,000-2,500m²). Lead times range from 15 to 25 days depending on the customization requirements.
